Full Description
A spacious fully air-conditioned 2nd floor apartment with all mod cons to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is located in the Goveia Holiday Homes resort situated on the scenic north coast, in the lush green surroundings with a backdrop of rolling hills and only 575 meters from the famous Candolim beach.
There is a distinct aroma of rural setting where peace and tranquility prevail in spite of being located just 250 meters from the bustling Sinquerim-Candolim-Calangute main street. Its close proximity to the market place, a health centre, a bus stop, and the Candolim football ground makes it the ideal choice for you and your family.
The resort that this privately owned and run apartment is located in offers fantastic facilities for guests. There is the large swimming pool with a slide and jacuzzi. There is a dedicated childrens playground around with slide and swings. There is also a multi-cuisine restaurant alongside the pool. For those wishing to keep fit and look good there is both a gym and an ayurvedic health spa for those all important massages!
If you are new to Goa, the apartment comes with a local contact, an expert in the area who can guide you to activities of interest. You will be given his mobile number for any queries.
Living Room/Dining Room
The spacious living room/dining room comes fully furnished with a 3 seater sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. It also provides you with a dining table and 4 chairs to make the most of your culinary experiments in the kitchen.
In terms of mod cons, the living room provides all that you could expect from a luxury apartment. It has a 32" flat screen tv with full satellite tv should you require an evening away from the restaurants and bars in the area. It has french doors leading onto a balcony where two comfortable cushioned cane chairs offers a view over the swimming pool and hills. The living room also boasts its own ac along with ceiling mounted fans.
Bedroom
The light and airy bedroom shows off the traditional carved wooden double bed to its full advantage. There are bedside tables with lamps on either side of the bed to provide you additional storage and lighting. For your comfort the bedroom also offers both an ac unit and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom
A very spacious and modern bathroom offering a large shower area with shower curtain. It has full hot water facilities via a geyser. It also provides a western wc and sink with mirror and shelves.
Kitchen
To offer you the opportunity to try your hand at cooking Goan dishes, or indeed just for the basics, this apartment comes with a fully fitted and kitted out kitchen. It has a full sized fridge/freezer as well as a 4 ring cooker. It has all the necessary pots and pans and utensils for cooking and enjoying your cooking results. It further boasts a microwave, kettle. toaster and also a washing machine. The kitchen also has a small balcony overlooking the hills towards the back of the development.
This is a superb apartment located in the best possible location close to shops, bars, restaurants and beaches whilst still being in an area that promotes a relaxing nights sleep!

Included in your price is a twice weekly (based on a 1 week stay) cleaning service where the property will be cleaned throughout and the bed linen and towels changed and laundered.

You will be provided with a 24Hr emergency contact number of a local English speaking representative that will be able to assist you with any queries or issues.

We are also able to provide you with a local mobile phone that you can buy credit for and use to make both local and international calls. International calls are much cheaper made from Indian mobiles. (Please state at the time of booking if you will require this phone - deposit of Rs 2000 to be paid on arrival)

You will find a custom made folder in the apartment, which is most useful. It lays down the ‘house rules’ and of course lots of useful local information!
