A 1 bedroom apartment in a well established resort in the heart of Calangute.
This fully furnished apartment offers everything you require in order to have a comfortable stay. It is located on the 3rd floor of this new development within the resort and offers a choice of two swimming pools.
The resort is 15 mins walk from both Baga and Calangute beaches and is on the doorstep of numerous restaurants, shops, markets and bars.
The apartment block is located the rear of the resort and is therefore shielded from the majority of the noise arising from the roads and restaurants nearby.
The master bedroom comprises of twin beds that can be pushed together, wardrobe, dressing table and chair and also boasts an ac as well as a ceiling fan. It has an ensuite bathroom with European style WC, sink and shower with hot and cold water.
The living room provides you with a sofabed for relaxing and watching the TV.
The kitchen provides the basics for cooking and has a mini fridge.
